based on the expected deliverables, the profile of the people involved, and the available time, I design a specific proposal for your challenge
setup
once the agreement is finalized, we move on to defining the team, detailing the process, creating the board, and setting up the conference room
sprint
during the sprint days - 3 to 5 sessions of 4 hours each - I facilitate the process, making adjustments along the way to ensure successful delivery
book
within 5 days after the sprint, I deliver the sprint book - a report with a download and synthesis of what was produced and recorded on the board
